California Senator Josh Newman Awarded Donkey Of The Day

A California senator named Josh Newman has been awarded Donkey Of The Day for seeking to ban Clear from airports because it’s unfair.

As of right now, the most dangerous thing in America is a biometric security company called Clear.

Clear is a technology that lets wealthier passengers bypass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screening lanes at airports.

California Senator Josh Newman (Democrat) is the man that is going to do everything in his power to make sure that Clear is banned from every airport in America starting with every airport in California.

Newman took to Twitter to say…

“The least you can expect when you have to go through the security line at the airport is that you don’t suffer the indignity of somebody pushing you out of the way to let the rich person pass you.”

Newman had this to share with CBS News…

“It’s a basic equity issue when you see people subscribed to a concierge service being escorted in front of people who have waited a long time to get to the front of TSA line. Everyone is beaten down by the travel experience, and if Clear escorts a customer in front of you and tells TSA, ‘Sorry, I have someone better,’ it’s really frustrating.”
