Asheville, North Carolina’s own Free The Optimus just released a new heater in anticipation of their spring ‘FTOLive‘ album drop. Featuring production from FTO’s own Mike L!VE along with verses from both L!VE & C.Shreve The Professor, “NIBURU (Holy Crap)” showcases the two MC’s complimentary styles and commitment to lyricism.

Shreve’s verse is raw flex and touches on the challenges of breaking into a scene:

“Warrior tribe came to a village and settled in / kick doors down, they don’t wanna let us in”

L!VE’s verse takes it to outer space with an ill conceptual verse about “Holy Crap“:

“If I was Jesus, I’d get hammered every Saturday / This carpenter will turn your water into cabernet”
