‘Top Boy: Season 3’ Is On The Way Thanks To Drake!!!

Popular British series “Top Boy” is one of those shows that I enjoy on my downtime. After giving the first 2 seasons (which you can give a watch for yourself here on The DigiSpot) a watch, I was looking forward to Season 3–especially after seeing how Season 2 ended.

I was disappointed when I later found out that British television network Channel 4 was not going to let Season 3 happen. And just like that, another successful Black show (even if stereotypical) bit the dust as far as I was concerned.

A few years ago, I was starting to have some hope in a possible Season 3 when Aubrey Drake Graham went on about how big of a fan he was of the show. But unfortunately, there was still no talk of a Season 3 in sight.

According to Shadow & Act, my demands will finally be answered as “Top Boy: Season 3” will be making its comeback run on Netflix sometime next year (TBA 2018). Knowing that Drake has recently acquired the rights to the show and will be having a starring role in it, I don’t know what to say about that. But under the same breath, I’m interested in knowing what his role will be and if he can pull it off.

It has also been said that British rapper Junior “Skepta” Adenuga will have a starring role on the show with fellow British rapper Ashley “Asher D” Walters reprising his role as Dushane. Knowing that this will happen, expect us to run the show on here in the near future.
