After much anticipation, Texas-born artist and rising rapper AQ releases his debut album QNY SZN (pronounced Quinny Season) via ADA Worldwide today.
QNY SZN follows the self-written and Rozwell Fitzroy-produced track “River Run Dry” and its equally entrancing music video – watch the video below. Outside of the catchy album closer, the nine-track release illuminates his signature high energy sound and lyrics.
QNY SZN highlights previously released tracks including the matter of fact “River Run Dry“, “The Captain“, and the lively “Florida“, which Earmilk called “youthful and buoyant”. Opening track “Hop On” opens with a dreamy intro before AQ jumps in and begins to tell it how it is with the honest statement, “I know I’m not what you expected”. The project is rounded out by “21 Problems”, “Anyway”, and “When I’m Gone”, a track where he declares, “I always had a vision”. See full tracklisting below.
The project marks the first full-length release from the Pusha T-discovered artist. Maintaining momentum from his previously released tracks and after being dubbed ‘Artist On The Rise‘ by UPROXX, AQ’s debut album QNY SZN is only the beginning.
