I feel like I’m back in high school when the name Nicole Wray comes up. I remember when she made her way to the scene via Missy Elliott’s Gold Mind record label back in 1998 with her hit “Make It Hot“, which I still bump from time to time.

Now why didn’t she become a bigger star than I’d thought she’d become??? I’ll never know but it’s good to know that she is still around making music for people that still appreciate real music this day in time.
