Hot, fast-paced flows and a mucky, trudging bassline as Isaiah Dreads drops his brand new “Victory” freestyle.

Having recently torn it down at the Link Up stage at the Great Escape festival, Isaiah’s set was one of the highlights of the day. The emcee stands out with his eloquent bars and his intricate flows that set him as a seasoned veteran, much beyond his 18 years. Isaiah Dread’s ability to ride a beat with such confidence comes from a deep-rooted fascination and application to grime from his early teenage years and something that has gone on to gain him great attention.

Boasting an impressive array of tastemaker platforms that support him, including Clash, Complex, BBC, and Pigeons & Planes, the young West Country rapper has fed into the shifting culture of the UK underground scene that are now breaking the rules and doing things their way. Isaiah took his career in to his own hands from a very early age as he pitched himself to the organizers of Glastonbury on the basis he was a local talent. The punt and the hard work paid off as he was awarded a slot on the world-famous festival at the age of just 15 and now three years later, in 2016, he makes a welcomed return to the Blues stage.

Having turned heads with his previous mixtape, aptly named ‘Nothin’ But A Mixtape’, which premiered by Complex and received support from tastemaker platforms Noisey and Pigeons & Planes, Isaiah Dreads went on to be hailed a “Future Grime Minister” by BBC Radio 1’s Phil Taggart, something that was undeniable after the release of his “Fire In The Booth” by Charlie Sloth.

With fresh fire & those head turning bars, Isaiah is back to claim a “Victory” for the scene!!!
