Although The Tuckerman Hall Psychiatric Center in Middletown, New York may be abandoned, it seems as if the 140 year old facility might have acquired a few new inpatients with the arrival of Shabaam Sahdeeq (S-Dub), Skeezo, & Mic Handz. The trio put on a clinical demonstration of how to properly grind & hustle amidst the insanity of the modern day rap game with “Grustle“, the debut video off French producer Alterbeats‘ sophomore compilation LP ‘Class Struggle‘ which becomes available on CD & digital download on October 29th.
