Manny Pacquaio has been feverishly calling out his adversary & some even feel that he is seemingly avoiding him. But Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has completely countered the notion by addressing the rumors.

He confirmed that:

“Pacquaio has no say so, because he fights under Top Rank Promotions. I have Mayweather Promotions. Do I want to fight Pacquaio? Absolutely!!!”
