South Jersey’s B.A.R.S. Murre emerged onto the scene in late 2010 with the French Montana & Beanie Sigel-assisted “Lifestyle” & he returned in 2011 with his ‘Go Lay Down‘ mixtape which featured “In The Loop” featuring Chinx Drugz. In 2012, he dropped his proper debut album, ‘Chicken And Cake‘, which featured his breakout track “Porsche Cayenne” featuring Riff Raff.

It was during the making of ‘Chicken And Cake‘, that B.A.R.S.’ formed a friendship with Dirt Nasty (aka Simon Rex) & the duo released a collaborative project, ‘Dead Nasty‘, in 2013 & later that year B.A.R.S. appeared on Riff Raff’s ‘Hologram Panda‘ album via ”Panamera 911”.

On 12.8.2015, B.A.R.S. Murre will release his new album, ‘Black Tanita‘, which features production from Evidence, Sid Roams, & Dirt Nasty as well as collaborations with Kool Keith, Souls Of Mischief’s Opio, M.O.P.’s Lil Fame, Kool G Rap, Tragedy Khadafi, Thirstin Howl III, and Planet Asia & Tristate among others. Today, B.A.R.S. drops one of the most anticipated tracks from the album, “The Way It Works” featuring Kool Keith.
